Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 2026

1. Overview

CallSense is a mobile application created to help users recognize unwanted calls, reduce spam interruptions, search phone numbers, and manage personal call blocking preferences.

This Privacy Policy explains how CallSense approaches privacy, device permissions, phone number lookups, call blocking features, and subscription-related processing.

We designed CallSense to use only the information necessary to provide spam call identification, number search, and blocking functionality. We do not sell personal information and we do not use user data for third-party advertising profiles.

2. Information We Do Not Request

CallSense does not require users to create an account in order to use the main features of the App.

We do not ask users to provide:

  • Full legal name
  • Postal address
  • Government identification documents
  • Payment card numbers
  • Precise GPS location
  • Biometric information

3. Phone Number Search and Spam Protection

CallSense may allow users to search phone numbers in order to identify whether a number may be associated with spam, fraud, telemarketing, robocalls, or other unwanted activity.

Search results may be based on available spam indicators, number reputation data, user-facing labels, or other information used to help users make informed decisions about incoming or unknown calls.

When a user searches for a phone number, the searched number may need to be checked against a number database in order to provide the requested result. We do not use this activity to create advertising profiles.

4. Call Identification and Blocking

CallSense may use call identification and blocking functionality supported by the mobile operating system. This allows the App to help identify suspicious calls and assist users in blocking unwanted numbers.

The App may store user-selected blocking preferences on the device, such as numbers added to a personal block list or spam list.

Users remain in control of which numbers they choose to block, unblock, or manage inside the App.

5. Contacts Permission

CallSense may request access to contacts if this is needed to help distinguish saved contacts from unknown callers or to support user-managed call blocking features.

Contact access is used only to support App functionality. We do not sell contact information, and we do not use contacts for advertising targeting.

Users can grant or revoke contact permission at any time through their device settings.

6. User-Created Lists

CallSense may allow users to create and manage personal lists, including blocked numbers, spam numbers, or numbers marked as unwanted.

These lists are used to provide the features selected by the user. Depending on the App version and device settings, such information may be stored locally on the device or processed as needed to keep the App functionality available.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

CallSense may offer paid features, free trials, or subscription plans. Payments and subscription management are handled through the Apple App Store or the applicable mobile platform store.

We do not receive or store full credit card numbers, banking details, or App Store account passwords.

Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are managed according to the rules of the platform where the purchase was made.

8. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

CallSense does not sell user personal information. We do not use phone numbers, contacts, or call-related information to build third-party advertising profiles.

If basic technical analytics are used, they are intended to help maintain App stability, detect errors, improve performance, and understand general feature usage. Such analytics are not used to identify users for targeted advertising.

9. Third-Party Services

Some App functionality may depend on services provided by mobile platform providers, including app distribution, in-app purchases, subscription handling, crash reporting, or operating-system-level call blocking features.

These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and terms. Users should review the privacy settings and policies of their device platform for more information.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information handled by CallSense from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or alteration.

However, no mobile application, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should also protect their own devices with appropriate security settings.

11. Children’s Privacy

CallSense is not intended for use by children under the age required by applicable law to consent to digital services.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that information has been provided by a child in violation of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to address it.

12. User Choices

Users can control App permissions through their device settings. Depending on the device and operating system, users may disable contact access, call identification permissions, notifications, or other optional permissions.

Some App features may not work properly if required permissions are disabled.

13. Privacy Rights

Depending on the user’s location, privacy laws may provide rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information.

To exercise applicable privacy rights, users may contact us using the contact method provided in the App or on our website.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in App functionality, legal requirements, platform rules, or business practices.

The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of CallSense after an update means the user has reviewed the updated policy.

15. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or CallSense privacy practices, please contact us through the contact form available on our website or within the App.
