2. About CallSense
CallSense is a mobile application designed to help users identify incoming callers, search phone numbers, detect potential spam calls, and manage call blocking preferences.
The App is intended to provide informational tools that assist users in making decisions regarding incoming calls and unknown phone numbers.
CallSense does not guarantee that every spam, fraudulent, telemarketing, robocall, or unwanted call will be detected, identified, or blocked.
3. Eligibility
By using CallSense, you represent and warrant that:
- You are legally permitted to use the App in your jurisdiction;
- You have the authority to enter into binding agreements;
- Your use of the App complies with applicable laws and regulations;
- You will not use the App for unlawful purposes.
4. License to Use the App
Subject to compliance with these Terms, CallSense grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by the Company.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or disassemble the App;
- Attempt to bypass security or technical protections;
- Use automated systems to access or interact with the App;
- Interfere with the operation of the App;
- Use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities;
- Distribute unauthorized copies or modified versions of the App.
6. Phone Number Information
CallSense may provide information, labels, ratings, reputation indicators, or other data related to phone numbers.
The information displayed by the App is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal, financial, or professional advice.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of any phone number information.
7. Call Blocking Features
CallSense may provide call identification and call blocking tools that help users manage unwanted calls.
Because telecommunications systems, mobile operating systems, carriers, and third-party services are beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that every unwanted call will be successfully identified or blocked.
Users are solely responsible for reviewing and managing their own blocked numbers and call preferences.
8. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for all actions taken based on information provided by the App.
CallSense is not responsible for missed calls, blocked calls, communication interruptions, or decisions made by users based on phone number information.
9. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of CallSense may require a paid subscription.
All purchases are processed through Apple App Store billing systems or other authorized platform providers.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the applicable renewal date through the user’s platform account settings.
Refund requests and billing disputes are governed by the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.
10. Availability of the Service
We may modify, suspend, restrict, update, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the App.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CallSense shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the App.
This includes damages related to missed calls, incorrectly identified callers, blocked communications, telecommunications issues, third-party services, or user decisions based on App information.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for subscriptions during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Intellectual Property
All software, source code, trademarks, branding, visual elements, content, and proprietary technology associated with CallSense remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time.
Continued use of CallSense after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
